Q. I forgot my password, how can I login again?

Answer :- You don’t need to worry about that. You have to click on a link forgot your password available in sign up window. You just need to enter your e-mail ID in the given field and we will send you a new password in your given email. You can then login and reset your password.

Q. I want to purchase products from Moskart, but I am concerned about the security of my debit/credit card information.

Q. When will I know about my order confirmation?

Answer :- Once you place an order by clicking on confirm button, it will further process for order information and payment authorization. Once the seller confirms your order receipt, your order process will start. You will be informed by email regarding your order confirmation with your Order ID number and a list of products you have ordered on Moskart with the expected date and time of the delivery.

Q. What about guarantee or warranty of your products?

Q. I had placed an order on Moskart few days ago, but I don’t get any order confirmation message. Please guide me about it.

Answer :- We always give the first priorities to solve any query of our customers. If you do not receive any confirmation letter of your order, not to worry, just send us your order transaction details in our contact us form. We will resolve your problem at earliest and let you know.

Q. I want to buy more products in one order, how can I place order?

Answer :- Yes, definitely, you can buy multiple products in one order. You can add as many products in your shopping cart as you wish and once you complete the shopping, you can precede further to complete your order after payment & shipping processes.

Q. I want to buy one product, but it shows sold out? How can I purchase that product?

Answer :- We regret for that, but you need not to be disappointed with it. You can click on the Notify me link of the product page which you want to buy. We will inform you immediately, as soon as we have the availability of that product in our stock.

Q. Is there any message that informs me about the completion of my purchase process?

Answer :- Yes, you can see a message of confirmation on your screen with your order details including order id number. If you have bought any products, Moskart also send you email to confirm your order.
